吉隆坡珍苑飯店是位於吉隆坡谷中城地區的一家飯店，地理位置優越，距離吉隆坡國際機場需51分鐘左右的車程而吉隆坡中央火車站20分鐘左右的車程。飯店周圍交通便捷，客人可選擇乘搭出租車遊覽吉隆坡市內著名景點，如谷中城廣場，小印度-十五碑等。

The lobby look great and very new The room was big for Deluxe family with 1 key and 2 singles bed. The room I look pretty old in comparison to the lobby. Hopefully it can renovate to the same standard as the lobby. The 2 minus point is that the TV is small and signal is bad so the program quality is bad. The parking is not free, is RM5 flat rate per exit .

如果説服務態度也會和酒店一起老舊的話，這家酒店就是典型的代表。辦理入住效率很低，浪費了很久額時間。室內設備都是破破爛爛的，壞的很多，也很莫名其妙。床單很髒，還有血跡！😤😤😡🤬🤬

位置有點偏，但是酒店樓下有一個shopping mall，美食，超市，藥妝店都有。酒店價格優惠，設施比較舊，自由行不推薦，離市中心太遠了,不方便

I'd expect more on the 4 starts hotel premier room. The room cleanliness is OK, but the facilities is old. The bathtub is very old school and you won't feel like using it. The water level is not very stable causing the temperature fluctuating. The parking fee is RM5/day with unlimited entrance. The location is superb.

這酒店千萬不能再住，請中國遊客千萬不能選擇，因為前台的外勞很歧視中國人，他們都不會説中文，這裡的外勞打掃服務員都非常灰暗的黑心，非常不禮貌，故意翻房間的垃圾桶，然後拍照給前台號稱不合格味道，進行大額罰款，而且千萬注意尤其女士更不能選擇這家酒店，外勞打掃房間的都是非常怪的男的，另外這家酒店凌晨12點至上午11點經常火警演習，電梯不能上下，耽誤外出和休息，酒店很故意的影響居住者的睡眠和出行時間。馬桶極度的臟，不會給你收拾乾淨的。

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean, although there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. Amenities were well provided, and the breakfast was decent. The location is convenient—close to Bukit Jalil and with a nice, simple shopping mall just below the property.
